Returns

Our returns policy allows buyers to withdraw from the contract and return items within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following:

• Buyers have 30 days to withdraw from the contract and return the items.
• Returns must be made at the buyer's own cost.
• Buyers can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund.
• Refunds include the full cost of the item, excluding any import duties or taxes.
• We will try our best to process refunds as soon as possible, but no later than 5 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the USA:

• No additional fees are charged unless the order exceeds $600.

For all European orders:

• No additional customs, duties, or taxes are applied on any order amount.
